A security deposit of 500 THB is required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if there is no damage to the room or breach of hotel policies.
For monthly bookings, a deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to inspection for any damages or policy violations.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
All rooms have a balcony where smoking is permitted. Please use the ashtrays provided and ensure cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
Cooking is not allowed in the rooms, except for the use of the microwave oven provided in each room.
A shared kitchen is available downstairs for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with:
